Cairo Amman Bank (CAB), a significant banking institution in Jordan and Palestine, needed a comprehensive digital upgrade for its aging mobile and web banking applications. With a sprawling network of over 100 branches, the demand for an updated, secure online banking system was a critical requirement.
Our team stepped up to the challenge and meticulously revitalized CAB's digital banking platforms. We brought in fresh, intuitive interfaces to their mobile and web applications, significantly enhancing the user experience. The central objective was to create an environment where customers could manage their finances with ease, speed, and utmost safety.
This transformation has not only simplified the banking process for CAB's vast clientele but also cemented CAB's status as a forward-thinking institution committed to customer satisfaction and the adoption of modern technologies.

The difficult part of this project was to know the people of Palestine better and get a better understanding of how they use their technologies so we can give them a solid user experience in a modern and usable way.

Since we didn’t have access to their users directly we asked Cairo Amman Bank to interview their users with specific questions which we have provided for them, based on their answers and perspectives, we designed the appropriate layouts and components for them that were engaging and a joy to use.

The project's first phase consisted of us creating 3 different design options for our client to choose between. The designs included pages of our choice (The Login, Cards, and Dashboard) available in both dark and light versions. Eventually, the CAB team decided to go with the first version.

This application has developed experience after which the user can easily use it. So that all individuals can transact easily. All the interfaces were designed minimalist and modern to achieve the most pleasant experience.

The app's accounts section is like a financial control center with a clean dashboard, easy access to account info, and features for funds transfers and bill payments. It prioritizes security and offers help and support resources, making it a user-friendly tool for managing finances within the app.

Efficient and user-friendly UI for digital cheque management. Streamlined cheque depositing, clear transaction history, and convenient options for ordering new cheques and managing settings. Seamlessly enhances overall usability and convenience within the app.

Here are the main profile settings for the user’s easy perception of information. A face recognization feature has also been added to simplify the sign-in and transaction procedures.

Conclusion
We wanted to consider work and pleasure as the main theme of this platform since we made all the important components, services, and data be as perceivable and productive as possible but at the same time engaging and fun in a sophisticated way by using colors to grasp the best first impressions of the user, Icons that have a sense of familiarity and creativity, illustrations to bring out the semi-casual feel, as a result, users can gain income in a pleasureful way.
